Front desk staff nice and courteous. Our room was a king bed room. The bed wasn’t a king size, but instead 2 twin beds were put next to each other and we were feeling it. The shampoo provided by the hotel wasn’t smelling good.

Clean hotel with a good location. Wished it had had treadmills in a gym.

No room available at 1 a.m. when we arrived, and then we were offered a smoking room when I had requested non-smoking room. Found reception staff very unhelpful.

It’s an Interesting decore and I love the breakfast buffet. Fresh food, presentation and good environment. A large variety of items to choose from. I didn’t like the smell as I walked into the room. Quite stuffy and moldy. The sink was clogged and the toilet was broken. After flushing I had to open the tank and manually press the pump to let the tank filled up. I actually fixed it up my self. So they should pay me for plumbing services. The toilet seat has yellow stains. I would say they haven’t invested in maintaining the rooms in about 10 years. To be honest the toilet seat was pretty disgusting. I had to cover it every time I used it. They yellow stains and some cracks seamed like they filled it up with caulking. Just buy a toilet seat please they are not that expensive! Recepción doesn’t have a map of the city only one with the shops. They guy at the reception didn’t have a lot of knowledge of the important places to visit. His English was good enough to give ok directions.

Small area, i doubt it is 52 m, as stated in the web. No kitchen in the studios room.

They listen to the client, have a sense of customer service.

The hotel is in a perfect location just in front of Zaitouna bay, you just need to cross the street, Also it's 5 min. walking distance to Em Sherif cafe and Babel cafe, and 10. min. walking to a big and nice shopping mall name: souk Beirut (cinema city), there is a guy his name Ali ask about him in the reception, he is perfect in making reservations and well connected, he can book you a table in any place, even last minute!
