We loved everything about this hotel and location! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. My husband, daughter, and I stayed an entire week here and felt very safe and comfortable. The front desk staff were always eager to help with any questions and concerns we had. Everything was very clean and the housekeeper kept our room fresh and tidy every day. Our beds were comfortable. The security guard and doorman were friendly and very focused on those coming in and out. There is a nice restaurant in the building where we enjoyed a couple of meals. The restaurant also sells a few groceries such as snacks and drinks. The best thing about our stay was the complimentary breakfast! We have travelled all over the world, and we thought the variety was wonderful. The breakfast staff work hard to keep everything stocked and replenished foods quickly. We would stay here again if we were find ourselves back in São Paulo.

Prime location. Nice pool (witha view) at the last floor.

It’s very well located, 2 blocks from Av.Paulista and its metro stations. The Room was quite wore I needs renovation. On the other hand it was clean and beds were comfy. The highlight goes to the awesome, tasty and free breakfast, full of fresh Brazilian delicacies.

The bed and linens and towels were not acceptable for the rating for price of this hotel property. No amenities in the kitchen. The only nice thing I have to say for this rating is the hotel is located in a nice area.

I liked the location, the restaurant in the facility, the low price, it was great.

Atendimento na recepção foi excelente. Da equipe da recepção e ao entrar no quarto que tivemos o mimo de receber 2 chocolates. A localização é até boa, porém, fica no meio da ladeira, então vai dar uma boa cansada se quiser andar pelo bairro. E os pontos positivos, infelizmente terminam aqui. O quarto é espaçoso, mas a cama é horrível, travesseiro péssimo. Fiquei sem conseguir dormir por conta do quarto que estive. Acordei de madrugada com dores no corpo todo e respiração pesada pelo mofo e cheiro ruim. São duas camas de solteiro juntas que balançam o tempo todo. O quarto é feio, sem pintura, com móveis detonados e cheiro de mofo. O banheiro e mais uma aberração, a água do box e da privada ficam vazando para o piso do banheiro. A pintura do imóvel é a mesma da inauguração do prédio. O guarda corpo da varanda, balança, não demonstrando dar segurança nenhuma. O café da manhã é até OK. Básico e nada demais nem saboroso. Todo cuidado é pouco para se hospedar no hotel.
