This hotel was fantastic! The outside looks a little dated, but that is due to the relentless sunshine. The inside and rooms were sparkling and well cared for. Easy proximity to everything in the downtown, with busses and taxi's to take you outside of that area. The continental breakfast was excellent and I also ordered off of the breakfast menu (nominal cost), which was very good. Our Concierge, Luis, was very helpful and was able to provide us with local information of dining and local activities. Be sure to check out the El Ray bar. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first rate hotel on the island. We had a bay view room that was well worth the extra cost.

Close to ferry

Location was perfect for a solo trip, right next to the ferry, walking distance to downtown and Playa Norte. Booked last minute so the only room available was probably their priciest room with the bay view. Nice view but didn’t spend too much time in the room. Breakfast definitely was limited - box cereal, some fruit, yogurt. Would have been nice to have a hot item.

Ok for 1 night

Found it very weird the only hotel during our vacation that did not allow us to flush toilet paper. Also charged environmental tax on 2 people which was the only hotel that did that. Our room wasnt the one we booked. We paid extra for a bay view and we had a building in front of our view.

The hotel is very basic but it is clean and within walking distance of the ferry, many shops and restaurants and the beaches. The breakfast was appreciated.

Great last minute booking

The staff were awesome, beds comfy, very clean. Noise didn't bother us (ear plugs recommended for sleep)...best of all was the view of the ocean ......would recommend night light for reading, otherwise all you need is there. Nice pool area, cool breezes there and lobby. Kudos to Luis....he was always ready with our ice to fill up our cooler for the beach!
