Overall a good stay. The hotel and rooms are in need of updating. My daughter used the kids club everyday which she loved, Alahandra, Kevin and Carlos were fantastic with the children however there was one other lady who was abrupt and rude to the children even in front of the parents.

Very impressive pool area but needs improvements

Whereas this is an amazing hotel in terms of facilities , the pool areas are some of the best I’ve experienced at this price point, the hotel itself does have some flaws. The biggest issue is that the sound insulation in the rooms is non-existent, do prepare yourself to hear everything going on above, below and besides you as well as whatever’s going on outside the door. It’s a very large, loud hotel so forget about having a nice, peaceful lie in, once the running and screaming children are awake, so are you. The rooms are beautiful but far too dark, to the point where it’s difficult to see. I feel the hotel would really benefit from an adults only area, it certainly seems large enough to accommodate this. There is hardly any variation with the food so be prepared to eat the same things every day, with the exception of the carvery meat which seemed to change. Finally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, however we’re difficult to find around the pool area when you were looking for help with service.

Not for us

there is an ethos pervading the whole hotel that the clients are trying to scam money from the company and as a result we felt we were a nuisance

Magical hotel everything and more you could hope for. Friendly staff, beautiful hotel and facilities, superb buffet breakfast and the room was comfortable and spacious. Would stay again.

Simply amazing!

We stayed in Lopesan Baobab after 3 days in Lopesan de Ville. Baobab is top of the class and my son said: "best holiday ever" and I can't agree more. Amazing design, service, a huge choice of food. Swimming pools are fantastic, our favourite one was with the lazy river. Jar of sangria, meloneras and pina colada were our favourite drinks from the bar menu. The greatest shiw was the circus guys, we saw it twice! Overall, thank you so much lopesan baobab team for a wonderful holiday. Its our number 1 hotel in our family rating.
