Vert nice large room with a good view.

Had a sixth floor room with view of the harbour, which was great. Due to COVID no cleaning of the room happened during my three night stay. Food in the restaurant was really good and lots of other restaurants in the area plus the Quay. Didn’t get a chance to try out pool and sauna but will for sure next time. Underground parking is expensive at $26 per night.

We have stayed at many hotels in Vancouver, the Pinnacle at the Pier is by far our favourite. Fantastic views Awesome walkable area Great restaurants close by Very nice rooms and front desk staff are great

I’ve stayed here a few times, and I’ll absolutely go back again. Convenient location and the view from the ocean side is perfection at night.

My visit to the Pinnacle hotel was on a Tuesday . Check-in went smoothly and I was pleasantly informed of the services such as swimming pool was open ,I would say the lobby though is not very impressive but thats fine as the room makes up for that.A friendly housekeeper was in the hallway when I arrived to my floor and acknowledged me. The key card is not complicated to use. The first thing I noticed is how clean the room was. The bathroom is very tranquil with herby smelling products to wash with. .Gorgeous view from the balcony on the seventh floor it was enjoyable looking out the window at the sea and Vancouver city while being cosy inside with the heavy rain. Room was equipped with a microwave and fridge. No tea or coffee due to covid regulations .Fantastic location able to walk to Londsdale Quay ,Market about 5 mins away . All the shops you could need are close by as well as buses and trains. A big plus for me room was extremely well soundproofed. The only let down was the quality of the mattress it could be upgraded upon ,although the sheets pillows and duvet were excellent. I would stay here again.

They gave me a dirty room but made up for it quickly and efficiently. Front desk was good and made up for the mistake. Rooms were very clean, and hotel was easy to find and good value. Parking was overpriced - but it is Vancouver....

The swimming pool is great. The hotel is located in a very convenient area: everything is close and the view of downtown is unbeatable.

We spent Christmas weekend there and very disappointed. Parking was expensive, when we signed in I was told parking was 26.00 + txs. extra but was not told that was per night. We also had a very light breakfast, my husband had fruit and croissant I had oatmeal so with parking and the breakfast we were charged an additional $101.40. Also due to COVID there was no coffee in the room, understandable but I think that the water should have been gratis due to this, we were charged $10.40 for 2 bottles of water. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, neither my husband and I slept very well. We have stayed in nicer hotels for a lot less, won't stay at the Pinnacle again.

It was all great, beautiful views, great service and overall a pleasant stay

It was a lovely hotel with great service. Made for a beautiful christmas cause the location can't be beat.
