Beautifully maintained heritage property. We arrived after front desk closed, but envelope with clear instructions made check in easy. Our stay was quiet and comfortable.

Nice stay in Beautiful Lunenberg

Amazing historic inn with unique charm. We stayed in the top floor « Honeymoon Suite » which is a beautiful space with exposed rafters, a nice sitting area in the bay widow and exterior balcony. Very clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly service. The inn is close to a number of good coffee shops, restaurants and the waterfront. I would definitely stay at the inn again.

Unique stay but very noisy at night

The location was amazing and I'd always wanted to stay at Marnier King Inn after seeing it on a lot of blogs/guides, etc. The Inn's effort to provide a clean, environmentally-friendly service was extremely appreciated. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful and the service by staff was great. However, my sleep was awful - the bed was squeaky and the room was very hot even with AC. The AC was noisy however so we opened the window, and then heard traffic all night. I think my friend and I each slept only 4 hours, which is not ideal when travelling.

Quaint and cozy

Quaint room with all the amenities. The shower is amazing and the bed linens great quality. The main spaces are clean, well cared for and updated. The whole property is immaculate.

Very conveniently located in the heart of Lunenburg. We were disappointed they cannot offer their full breakfast due to COVID restrictions, but their continental breakfast was filling and fresh.

September 2021 Visit to Lunenburg

Great location right in the heart of Lunenburg. Easy walking to everywhere in town. Hotel was vintage and nice. Very comfortable rooms with all the amenities needed. Only issue with the room is that the water pressure is almost non-existent. Literally took showers that only spit out few drops of water at a time. But the sink was fine. Staff was a bit standoffish and not overly helpful, but we made do on our own. Great place to stay when in Lunenburg or visiting the South Shore!
