Basic but high quality and very clean premises makes it an ideal pit stop accommodation at a great price. It’s now my go-to for stays in Adelaide.

Perfect Location

Perfect location. Just out of town but with Free bus around the corner. Room size was small, especially with the king bed. For a base, it was great. So many dining options on Melbourne Street.

When travelling for business you expect there to be complimentary, WORKING, wifi……there wasn’t. A text message was sent a couple of hours before arrival but by this time it was too late to change hotels and the staff at the sister hotel where I had to pick up the keys said it’s been out for a while. Combined with the teeny tiny ironing board, ants running around in the bathroom and there being no shears on the window so you had to keep the blockout blinds closed unless you wanted the apartment building across the car park get a free show the Minima was very minimal on delivering a decent stay.

Decor is fun, great location, rooms and facilities are clean, good amenities in the room, i.e. iron, ironing board, safe, tea and coffee, etc. Definitely get a room with a balcony. The thing that drew me to this hotel was the pillow top beds, though i can confirm - they are some of the most basic spring beds, without a pillowtop.

Terry on family trip.

Rooms are small but very well fitted. Bed is huge and takes up most of the space in an already small room. Bathroom great except for stupid water saving shower head which saves nothing as you need to stand in it 3 times longer.

Pretty cool property where you pay for your room and not much else. Balcony overlooked some weird alley and the shower head wasn’t great and they’re weren’t any biscuits but other than that quite nice.
