Perfect weekend away

Thomas and his family were so incredibly welcoming to us when we stayed for a long weekend. Thomas local and historical knowledge was so interesting and we ended up talking over breakfast everyday, hearing his first hand account of the 'troubles' and life in Derry past and present. It's not often that you meet someone who is so engaging and open. Rosepark it's self is perfect, an easy 15 mins taxi from the airport and 10 mins walk into the centre through the park opposite. The bed was super comfy and we slept like a dream. We will definitely be recommending it to our family and friends and will be back for a return visit for sure. We went on the Bogside history walking tour on Thomas's recommendation and weren't disappointed. The owner/organiser of the tours, Paul ,even took us for a coffee as he couldn't do the tour time we had aimed for, giving us an extra 1 on 1 backdrop to the city and history beforehand. The walking tour was emotive and honest and very informative, and also easy (for those worried about the hills it avoids them all) We ate a great thai/Vietnamese restaurant called Mekong, the food was incredible! Defo worth a visit

Nice place to stay.

The best b&b I’ve ever been in

I loved staying at Rose Park and will return in future! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was delicious and they catered to my gluten free dietary requirements. The hosts were the kindest of people, it was like talking with an old friend. Clean, safe and absolutely gorgeous

We stayed 2 nights in Rose Park BnB Very clean friendly and welcoming. Lovely cooked breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay there again. Also very convenient to the town

Friendly comfortable Guest House

Our friendly and very helpful host and family made our stay most enjoyable. It was useful to learn about the city, its history and places to go. Our room was quiet, warm and comfortable and the hot breakfast very welcome. The Guest House is about 20 minutes walk from the city centre and main sights across a park. A bonus is the free parking available. Because there was so much to see and do locally and regionally we stayed an extra night.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rose Park House where the owners are warm, kind and friendly and will not hesitate to assist in anyway. It is a family run business. It's very quiet, 5* hygiene rating, non-smoking, street parking, rooms are lovely with ensuite, excellent beds, breakfast is either cooked or continental until 9.30am, 17min walk into town, heating, good wifi, a small dog on site (cat is outside) and a family run business with a statue of Mary in the upper window at the front of the house. Highly recommend!

There was nothing about this property that I could complain about ...it answered all my needs very promptly ,even providing pain relief for headache 🙏 I had heard of Derry welcome and this property provided this .
