Great place t say...people are friendly and helpful..will go back again

Great location, easy parking and a very easy walk to food and shopping. Very good restaurant in the hotel.

It was a great location, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredible from the front desk to the restaurant, and we will definitely be staying longer next time!

The room was very clean. We felt very safe. Staff always had masks on, which we appreciated. Brian(Ryan?) in housekeeping was excellent- couldn’t do enough for us and was very upbeat and friendly. Room service staff were also excellent, as was the front desk. Weather wasn’t great but we still had a nice getaway.

In today’s environment with Covid19 we were leery about going away. Hotel & staff did a great job with cleaning consistently, social distancing and mask wearing indoors. They handled the pool cleaning and social distancing just great!

I really want to give this place 4 stars but I cannot. Don’t get me wrong, the location is great. Everything appears to be clean but as soon as we checked into our 2 rooms we noticed significant mold on the AC units. I did call down to the desk and inform them and they immediately came and cleaned them out. They are also pretty noisy at night sounds like some rattling for the first few minutes when kicking on. Also, the beds are pretty hard, every time I moved around you could feel and hear the springs popping loudly. The pool is allotted a certain timeframe for whatever floor your on which sucks because your forced to plan your day around when you can access the pool if you want to swim. During the day and especially at night you hear loud banging sounds as if there was thunder but I think it may be everyone opening their balcony doors as they are a little rough to open. I have no idea what else that could be. As for the restaurant we only ordered breakfast and were pretty disappointed with that as well. All in all the location and the view are the only reason I would recommend this hotel.

My wife, daughter and I just returned from a 2-night stay 9/10-9/12, 2020. We had a coastline view room (901) and loved it. We could easily see the shoreline and boardwalk on a private balcony. This particular room also had the added bonus of a large picture window on the other side of the room which overlooked the town and you could see the bay and 9th street bridge. Best of both worlds! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Nothing to complain about except that the pillows were hard (recommend bringing your own) and bed is a little hard too. Also, the beds are doubles, which are kind of small (the room is large enough to easily fit 2 queens which would have been better). However, this is not a deal-breaker. This is one of the better hotels in Ocean City, known for its location and service! The pool is nice and the outdoor area is welcoming. We had a nice lunch outside overlooking the boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful get away after Labor Day! The crowds were gone and we could totally relax! We will be back!

Convenient to beach, room service breakfast hot and fast, rooms large for families Parking lot so tight, toilet overflowed, iron board broken. Old hotel, needs upgrades.
