Waited 45 minutes for second shuttle. Were not allowed on first shuttle because seats were given to three flight attendants that arrived at stop after we did. Then we were told to go to other side of airport.

They blew it by not addressing the well known problem. After 11:30pm the in-room telephones would ring once every 15 minutes or so. After 3 times, I tried phoning the front desk but no one answered. After 12:30am the front desk person finally answered on the 4th attempt and said they were aware of the problem and recommended I unplug the telephones from the wall outlets. The next morning when checking out, the front desk person did not ask how my stay was or apologize for the sleepless night. Other guests were talking about it as well. It was the same front desk person from the evening as well! All they needed to do was address the problem and apologize for it. I will never stay at this Baymont again. I would avoid this Baymont because there are many other options within walking distance. They are missing the basics of "hospitality" and service here even though the rooms were new looking and very clean.

Although check in was quick and the agents friendly I was a bit unhappy with the room’s cleanliness. Mainly, there was something that looked like a booger hanging on the inside of the shower. Yuck.

The room was comfortable enough, and spacious. However, we were surprised to discover that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Also, the remote control didn't work well with the television. The desk clerk's remedy was to give us the remote from the lobby television. We had the same problems with that remote as well. Otherwise, the hotel was close enough to the airport, which was a priority.

Trip was for a snowboard championship in the mountains. Stayed overnight to catch early flight.
