Awesome hotel for the price

Would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone. It's a lot more than you can expect from such low price. Rooms were very clean and nice. They also give free internet for those who want to always stay connected and don't have any other means while in Ludhiana.

Out of town

for a hotel in Ludhiana at the price it was OK . ckean & staff helpful 7 friendly. food was good - buffet breakfast & dinner - but the area it is in is not good. Nothing there at all and takes 30mins to get to whatever passes for the town centre - well where any shops & banks are anyway. So a hotel that's best for business travellers mainly. Note: Cost 500 rupees in a hotel car / 200 in a taxi and 100 in an auto rickshaw ( from the end of the road) . So mind how you go

Very disappointed

I am sure we were the first guest to ever arrive at this hotel! The desk staff was baffled by our hotels.com reservation, the fact that we needed a roll away bed, etc. The man helping with the luggage kept smashing it to get it to fit into the elevator. Our rooms were not very clean and all of our sheets on the beds and the towels were wet. yuck. The only redeeming factor was one kind young lady in the restaurant who seemed competent and courteous. After three weeks in India, this was the worst hotel we stayed in at any price point.

Newly built hotel with five star standards

Situated as a tall tower in some nowhere land. Outside Ludhiana which is a small city but is overcrowded, mismanaged and terrible for commuting in any vehicle. This hotel is perfectly managed with latest technology, Very purpose built rooms. I was surprised to find the standards to be very good. The service was Excellent and the staff was friendly and effectively fast. My only concern is that it's outside the city and in you have to travel to many places it will bother you to reach back every evening . In case you have set points of visit you cannot get a better stay than this at the mentioned room rent. Overall, I recommend this clean and well built hotel.

Best in Ludhiana?

This was my first stay in Ludhiana and I did not see any other hotel that looked better during my stay. The hotel was clean, modern, the service was good and the food was great too. My only criticism was that I could not get the wi-fi to work with my computer.The hotel is in a suburb of Ludhiana and it took about 45minutes to get there from the industrial area I was visiting.I will definitely stay at the Keys hotel on my next visit.

Pleasant stay

It was a surprisingly pleasant stay in the bustling city of Ludhiana. Though located slightly away from city center, quite comfortable & nice accommodation in that city. Worth trying !

Not a great stay

It was not a great stay at Keys. There was electricity issue. During dinner some buffet items had got over and we had to wait for the same to be cooked and given again. We asked for drinks and again some of the drink which we asked got over. The staff came at 11 in the night and woke us up to say sorry for electricity issue. The WC water jet pipe was broken.
