the rooms are really big and comfortable, breakfast very complete, everybody very kind and smiling ( except perhaps at the restaurant for dinner, the waitress can be stressed and not always very sympathic-) the air conditionner is a little bit noisy but we spent a good night

Lovely stay at this hotel. Grand appearance but friendly staff, unfortunately the restaurant was closed but we were recommended a good local choice which the receptionist booked for us. All very clean, extensive breakfast buffet, the spa closes on Tuesdays so we can’t review that.

This was a lovely, clean, and modern hotel in a small City. The food in the restaurant was amazing and beautifully served.

Lovely place to stay. We stayed here as it was not too far form Han Sur Lesse where we wanted to visit the caves and Safari park that is there. I had the best steak I have ever eaten in the brasserie. Thank you for a great stay, Lawrence.

Just flew into Brussels and wanted to stay in a cute small town. The place was awesome and the breakfast great. Would recommend it highly

Arrived to be told that there was no bar or restaurant open ? Nothing said on the website Disappointing after travelling for 8 hours Very outdated but breakfast was good

The hotel staff were very nice however the hotel room was a little tired. There are not enough plug sockets in the room and the ones there are very hard to use with a UK adapter. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are all to big and hard , I had to use the chair cushion in the end. Rooms are not sound proofed very well so you get noise form the other rooms , however we used it as a stop over before returning to the UK and it was perfectly fine for 1 night. Breakfast was the usual continental choice with some cooked food on offer , in all a pleasant meal. Can't comment on the hotel restaurant as we eat in the local Italian restaurant instead. It was very good that they have free parking at the hotel and they do have a fridge in the room. Bathroom was adequate and had nice toiletries. Wif8i was good

Super Location

Good location, very friendly service, located in the center of a pleasant town surrounded by small streets with shops and restaurants. Easy parking available at hotel. Good starting point to visit the Ardennes.
