The hotel itself is a bit "tired" in that it could use a bit of updating/freshening up. The hotel is fine and the inclusion of spa facilities is a nice idea. The spa facilities were most enjoyable with multiple massage options in the pool, different temperature saunas and a salt sauna for improved breathing.

Pictures look good reality is completely different. Tired rooms, lacks the finer details to make it a 4 star spa. Food terrible staff have zero emotion and friendliness. Couldn’t wait to leave it

Room was nice big and cozy. Receptionist was always helpful and friendly. We felt home in Meressu

The hotel itself is okay, clean rooms and quite nice spa area, however the service is far from perfect, very unfriendly personnel, everything they do looks as they make you a huge favor. Food is quite okay, but could be tastier. Regarding spa - many saunas, nice outside area and different pools for adults and kids, however, access to children, in my opinion, should be limited to certain hours, especially in the evening, as most of the time it was a madhouse with many screaming and crying kids just running around, impossible to relax. So if you are looking for a place to recharge and have some relaxing and peaceful time, search for another place. I also booked hot stone massage for myself and my mum, and while her masseur was good, mine was a disaster! If you decide to get one - ask for one called Svetlana. Overall experience was okay, however, I am not coming back.

Nice spa, clean but compact rooms, great view of the ocean from one side of the hotel. Bartended was excellent, exceptionally good at mixing, friendly in a professional manner, and spoke excellent English and Estonian. Shame the bar was relegated to a windowless basement floor. Front desk staff were nice but not trained up to a very high standard. There were no food options at the hotel or on the area after 21:00.

Nice hotel, not fantastic but ok. Could have been a little more friendly at check in. Restaurant boring, lighting not good. Corridors dark no lighting. Room was a bit dated, needs some updating. Spa nice, again dark in all areas. Food in restaurant bland nothing special, but still ok. It is the first time room service has ever replenished the tissues in the bathroom, first hotel to ever do that during a stay. They need to improve the wifi in the rooms, that was the worst ever. I will go back with the family because it was okay,.

Hotel pools and saunas were great- although very crowded with children of all ages. Spa treatment table used for massage was horribly uncomfortable and lacking a proper cutout for the face down position. It was difficult to book a treatment (lack of availability) and recommended treatment was not what I was led to expect. Proximity to the beach and sea was wonderful- easy and felt safe to walk.

Menneiden vuosikymmenten havinaa ja itäeurooppalaista tunnelmaa. Hotellin käytävistä tuli hieman risteilyalus mieleen, ja hotellin hissit oli sijoiteltu eri puolille piilossa olevaa hissiaulaa. Hotellissa kulkeminen oli hieman sokkeloista tämän kokoiseksi isoksi hotelliksi. Hotellin parkkipaikat olivat täynnä, ei sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta. Hotelli sijaitsi lähellä hienoa hiekkarantaa.
