Excellent B&B, really enjoyed my stay.

Over all our accommodation was ok. It was clean and comfortable. Near to transport. Breakfast was substantial but repetitive. No fruit or yogurt. No fresh towels daily.

Our stay was magical, we enjoyed it thoroughly. Sean could not have been more accomodating. The room was huge, clean and the bed super comfy. Bathroom was also clean,warm and huge. Breakfast was served in the dining room and was very filling and made to order. We will be back :)

The location is convenient and our host and hostess pleasant and friendly.

Sean was a perfect host. Very welcoming and friendly, the rooms were big light and immaculately cleaned. Breakfast was very nice. We would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

The owner was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We had booked an ensuite but the bathroom, although private, was next door. The bedroom was an adequate size but the double bed was under the sloping ceiling which made access on one side rather difficult. Would have been very difficult for someone with physical problems.The parking was free but was on the street and weekdays there were parking restrictions around lunch time. It's possible to walk into the West End of Princes Street (20/25 mins).

We only stayed one night but we couldn't fault this place. The host was very friendly, welcoming and attentive without being too much, and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was ideal and the B&B in a quiet but still central location.

Very good, easy transport access & pleasant hosts.
