A fantastic La Quinta for sure. I even got a reply to an email regarding Special Requests. Most hotels do not acknowledge with a reply but this La Quinta was very prompt. The hotel is very comfortable and very friendly.

Room was dusty, may be from the COVID shut down. The WIFI did not work at all. You’re S.O.L if you have any other wireless carrier besides Verizon.

The front desk was left unstaffed for over 25 minutes upon my arrival. There was a sign indicating that the staff had left the desk and would return within 5 minutes. They gave an option to call the front desk number and the staff would answer but when I did, the front desk wireless phone was still at the front desk and therefore could not be answered. When he finally showed up, he apologized but said he had to change pool filters. There were 3 other parties trying to check in as well so we were all very frustrated with him. He seemed very upset with us for not understanding. Perhaps he was being asked to do too much but I think you should encourage the manager there to make sure the front desk is staffed at all times. Customers should not be expected to wait to check in. At btw, the time I arrived was 5:15 pm so I was not asking to check in early.

The Hotel is always very clean and the staff are helpful and prompt. The only issue we had this stay had nothing to do with how the hotel was run/operated. There was someone above us on the third floor who was overly noisey first thing in the morning, but thats nothing anyone(staff)could really control. This hotel also did well with staying within COVID guidelines as well.

We both agreed it was a very nice place to stay. Great place.

The front desk agent who checked me in was very nice and helpful. I also needed my tv remote re-programmed later that night and the other staff member came right away and fixed it. The property was clean and safe.

Very average hotel. Train noise was very loud on the side of the building facing the mountains. Having a hot breakfast during COVID was a huge plus and actually quite tasty for a hotel buffet breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room seemed clean. The lady that checked us in was very nice and quite helpful. On the other hand the male manager seemed very rude and cold when I asked him a couple questions.

Nice staff rooms were clean. If you are a light sleeper take an extra sleeping pill. Pipes make noise at night probably from the cold. Kept the fan on for background noise.
