Poor stay and poor management of the property.

Hotel has very poor amenities we got a small room and noisy fans, AC has no remote. Bathrooms with no Toiletries. Wasted money. not good for Holiday stays.

Grounds are beautiful with tons of potential. Staff can be attentive and very helpful. In a nice tucked in location close to restaurants, shopping malls and night clubs. The rooms are a bit dated and some in need of updating (exposed rusting pipes in bathroom stalls). Security is also an issue. Windows do not lock which a high security risk in my opinion. All in all, the location is great and a few needed repairs can definitely raise the standards of this beautiful hotel.

Stay was okay There was power outage from 1am till 6am and Mombasa was extremely warm, this made my night unbearable, no air con.

Location allowed access to most activities without being in the rush of mid-city mayhem. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably good security.

Avoid staying here!

The reviews of this hotel are completely misleading. I don't know how it has had any positive reviews at all. For a start, the hotel is not in Nyali proper, it's between Nyali and Bamburi in a dodgy area. The hotel itself looks more like a motel and hasn't seen any investment in decades. The pool is tiny and between the car park, rooms and check in desk, overlooked by everyone. Onto my room. Sparse and basic are the words that come to mind. My room had one curtain, a window that didn't lock properly, a fan that was hanging from the ceiling by a thread. The bathroom was beyond basic. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in, worse than any hostel in Asia.
