A great stay

The staff were all really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a penthouse room and it was a lovely space. The breakfasts were well presented but just Luke warm if that. The outdoor pool area was great fir a chill and dip with fantastic views. I would say the room was a bit tired and the cleaning staff was a bit slap dash. The large rug in the room was pretty grubby and would be better to just remove it. And the sun beds on the terrace were broken, however this was rectified. All in all a lovely stay with wonderful staff but just a couple of points that could be improved.

Great hotel all round

Lovely hotel in a great location for St Julian's restaurants/bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good, lots of choice and very fresh. Room was cleaned every day. Pool was lovely area. Very good stay overall

Easy check in, room was ready. Staff knew about all the bookings and knew about the VIP Expedia credit and explained how it can be used. Lifts was speedy. Pool was great however a tad cold even with the 31c heat blazing. Pool bar open and available. Towel replenishment was slow at times. Expect the usual to rust hogging the same sun beds daily, you know the ones. Overall an excellent stay, staff excellent close to everything and bonus next door to IMPasta, very nice and cheap too.

Fine - but take note

Only one pool was open rather than both and the rooftop gets quite crowded so nice to have that second option if you want to swim. The bar manager at the rooftop pool was so rude and unhelpful though - avoid him if possible! The front desk staff were amazing though - so friendly and helpful with recommendations for dinners etc. The room cleaning was a bit shambolic on two days (left me with no towels ever though they were hung up) but fine. Overall an ok stay but be warned, this is in the heart of the party area of the island and probably better to book somewhere else if you’re after a more relaxing/quieter stay.

Fab stay

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff couldn’t not have been more friendly & helpful. We enjoyed every second of our stay & will most definitely be back. Few areas of the hotel were looking a little tired if you want to be picky but on the whole the location & facilities were great.

Disappointed to pay extra for a balcony which I couldn’t use due to a noisy building site opposite and selected the hotel due to it having two pools but one was closed. Could’ve chosen a cheaper hotel if I’d have known when booking.

Great apart from broken coffee machine

Overall very good and very helpful staff. Only complaint was that the coffee machine broke down for 3 days and they provided horrible weak instant coffee.

Great weekend away

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Modern hotel and location close to amenities. Rooftop pool very inviting and ideal for the hot weather. Plenty of sun loungers. Room spacious and modern, only thing was the air conditioning kept going off, so room quite warm but overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and recommend.
