Really great hotel. Excellent location. Lovely friendly staff and good food. The pool area is a little small, however the staff will try to help you out if you are struggling to find a sun bed.

A nice hotel near to most tourist sites plus near to the beach.

Good location and excellent staff always smiling and friendly. Pool has to many static umbrellas so you have to keep moving sun beds around for sun .

Only two lifts - half a plastic cup of lemonade cost 3 euro by pool side

The staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the fact that it was all inclusive. It was close to the sea, harbour and old town so there was plenty to do and see.

Clean, pleaseant, friendly. Staff couldnt be more helpful and were extremely patient in restaurant when dealing with very awkward guests!Great position, food excellent.room lovely. On the downside the pool is very small for a hotel of this size and the usual problem of towels being left on sun beds from before breakfast until late afternoon with no one being there! Should be some monitoring system. Not enough information for English visitors -all tour booklets were in German. Very much a German orientated hotel. Could be windy in both foyer and in conservatory. Bit like a wind tunnel.

Close to old town,shops,short transfer,could be quite crowded I imagine during busier periods around the pool and food,food was ok but slightly limited I imagine because of the space available,staff were friendly,hotel spotless

First visit by myself and good friend. Ideal location as a few minutes walk from both coast, town centre etc. Compact town with something to suit all. Staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely pleasant and diligent, speedily resolving a minor issue we had. Hoping to return before long.

Great rooms, and some of the staff are nice enough. But the food was very unappetising, the same stuff seemed to be churned out again and again getting ever more disgusting looking. They've made the best of the very small pool area but it has the most ridiculous fixed up umbrellas that shade 80% of the area, so a hotel in the sun with no sun! Also the bar area is very small and some of the entertainment is pretty appaling, particular the Friday night local screech, had to go out to escape it. Also lots of door banging and shouting down the echoey corridors at 7am. Hotel seemed to be full of coach parties that weren't all inclusive. Won't be stopping there again.
