Had a wonderful Large room with balcony. Bed was comfy. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Pool was small but good to cool off. Because it’s rooftop there were a few birds around which was a bit annoying but not a big deal. Overall, this was a great property in nice and walkable area and fantastic staff...will definitely recommend and return!

Not really a 4 stars but a 2 stars Swimming pool should not count as a star but as a plus Miminum amenities in room Door very difficult to open got broken once. They did not fix the issue. Continental breakfast at 7h00am, but not everything available a 7h20 And many more

Pretty basic, oversell

Pretty basic. Coffee was cold at breakfast. Charge parking for a laughable place to leave the car. No tub in basic rooms. Rooms too close to one another.

Nice room, kind staff but haphazard service.

This was the day that I proposed to my fiance so the hotel were very kind in providing us with half a bottle of prosecco and strawberries which we appreciated. However there were a couple of areas of concern. At check in we were inadvertently given the keys to someone elses room which was not a good way to start. Once in our room, i must admit it was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was average for the price you pay. We unwittingly poured a coffee not realising we had to pay 150 pesos per coffee. Once we realised our error we didn't mind paying until we tasted the coffee which was just awful. In summary our stay was: average.

Staff were very helpful and attentive to any requests. The only problem was a missing rubber sweep at the bottom of the shower door, which caused a fair bit of floor flooding. Breakfast was quite good. Room was spacious. Location on the edge of Palermo neighborhood is also a plus.

Affordable boutique hotel in Palermo

Conveniently located in the Palermo district the hotel was a great base for exploring the city. Room was a decent size and had an outdoor patio that allowed us to open the sliding door for fresh air. Breakfast was very basic. When we first checked into our room we had a problem closing the safe which they tried to reset. Since they weren't able to they gave us a new room. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly our whole stay. They booked us reservations for a tango show and had recommendations for nearby restaurants. Asked for a late checkout because our flight was at 8pm but because room wasn't available they offered us a 6pm checkout for an extra $45 which allowed us to explore the city for most of the day and still have time to relax before heading to the airport. We took taxis to most places we wanted to visit and it was usually around 300 pesos, around $6 so it was very affordable. The hotel was extremely affordable for our quick visit to Buenos Aires. Its a basic boutique hotel, but the staff makes up for that.
