The floor buttons in the elevator are in need of repair. They were popping out. The water pressure was beyond terrible and the in room iron needed to be replaced. The bottom of it had a build up of black crude.

Everyone was very polite and friendly . The cleanliness standard was above par. We were very pleased.

Overall great. Good staff great to stayI would definitely stay there again

The service was terrible. The front desk was very unprofessional. Hotel had signs to wear masks but one employee didn’t have one on and he was working the front desk. I was given a dirty room after entering the room and complaining they exchange my room. The new room lacked cleanliness. The desk chair was peeling and the accent chair looked dirt and dated. It was really uncomfortable to stay here especially because of Covid. In addition the room above us made so much noise until 2:00am. I would never stay here again.

The highway near the hotel is under construction for about 10 miles making it difficult to navigate for people from out of town. When we arrived in our room we noticed the bed sheet was not on correctly so we took it out to turn the sheet and noticed a large stain that had been hidden under the mattress. The room we stayed in had a door connecting another room which we expected would remain unoccupied due to COVID. Around 10pm, we received some neighbors who played music and could be heard making sexual sounds until about 3 in the morning. The only saving grace from their moaning was the extremely loud air conditioner right next to the bed. We had to be up at 6:45am and were not able to sleep comfortably making our business appointment a little more difficult.

The pool was closed and it was not mentioned on Hotels.com AC in room kept giving out but they moved me right away. Nice hotel just wished they would put in website that the pool and exercise room are closed
