Horrible

The whole place is dirty, the non-smoking room smells like smoke and looks nothing like the photo. It was much tinier, run down and disgusting. I used to come here 3-4 years ago and it wasn't this bad. I won't be coming back.

Rooms are huge and clean with a nice bed to relax and enjoy some sleep. The only ussie that i had is that they don't have a hairdryer!!! Bring your own hairdryer unless you want to go to bed with your hair wet.

Disappointed stay

I was very excited to stay at the hotel, because of the pictures but when i arrived to my room nothing looked like the describe pictures. The hotel was in a really bad area. We could sleep because of all the noise. I kept waking up because i did not feel safe.

Comfortable

Definitely like it and it was roomy for me and gf and our two little kids. If we stay out here again i will get a room here again

Poor Management with cleanliness issues

Found bugs in the bed. Sheets were stained, definitely weren't washed. The ‘free’ toilet trees were left over, dirt and oil on the outside. Its like i was given a room that wasn't cleaned. Manager wasn't on site till basically checkout time. This is the worst I've seen this place look. Disgusting and disappointed to say the least.

My mom and I traveled to visit family for a legal process and we booked last minute, but the staff was great about checking us in and out. The problem is that a lot of the other guests were up all night slamming doors until 2am. We slept a couple of hours and were rudely awakened by the trucks of other guests. The bathroom had no vent , no heater, and a small window with no screen. The wall also has obvious water damage with warped dry wall (possibly mold in the walls) I was afraid to look in the gap for fear of catching more asbestos in my lungs. The cleaning lady was very kind, gave my mom an extra towel and asked if we had any wastebaskets we needed emptied. The room was clean, sheets were military style, done to perfection. I could’ve bounced a quarter on those sheets. Staff is great , but the walls are paper thin. If the neighboring guest spanks his wife you will definitely hear it. One plus is the little restaurant adjacent to the inn which serves margaritas so if you weren’t able to sleep because your neighbors revved their engines all night, at least you can have a drink and try to drown your most recent travel traumas.

Overall the sale was OK as the room was was good and clean. However the parking spots were incredibly narrow and hard to get in and out of. Biggest problem was the noise. There weren’t enough hotel stuff to regulate the people coming in very late, blasting their music, and talking loudly at one or two in the morning. I was woken up at least 3 times And finally had to call the front desk
