Our stay was eventful with hurricane Zeta. All staff were wonderful especially Chocolate, Alejandro, Ramses and Flowers. The property was stunning with monkeys, lizards, peacocks and cranes. The pool was one of the best that we have stayed at. Large and very accommodating. Towels were easy to get. The beach was absolutely stunning with very clear water and perfect sand. The Japanese restaurant was exceptional. Despite the hurricane and Covid 19 our stay was very very good and would definitely recommend and return.

The hotel room was very outdated. I expected more by the way the lobby looked but as soon as we walked into the room we were unpleasantly surprised. There was a dead moth on a seat, 2 measly lumpy pillows on each bed which offered no support, no comforters (the blanket that I suppose acted as a comforter was sandwiched in between two white sheets acting as a duvet cover). Due to COVID most restaurants were closed, but the buffet food was bland, especially for dinner. The alcoholic drinks were extremely watered down so I ended up only drinking soda. On the beach, there are many vendors who are selling trinkets but a few sellers were offering to sell me weed and ecstasy and all without a face mask, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe that they don't screen these people. Even some male employees made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable by making flirtatious passes at us and asking for my instagram. Overall I was extremely underwhelmed and disappointed by my stay there.

First all inclusive where I actually LOVED all of their food- staff was great and extremely friendly. And did I mention that the food was delicious!!! Clean place and rapid service when needed.

We have stayed at several all-inclusive resorts and this was one of our favorites! Loved the 3-story buildings vs. those requiring an elevator. Grounds were beautiful. Loved animals walking around the resort. Endless beach. Wonderful staff. Golf course within walking distance. Plenty of great seats by the pool vs. hoping you can get one. Many many positives! The only negatives were the limitation on dining reservations and the tour office at the hotel misled us and would not answer our phone calls. Don't use them. They have Expedia/Hotwire on their shirts, but local touring office with very bad service. Cost us an extra $30 to get home from excursion. Resort tried to help us. Not Iberostar's fault. Ending on a positive - Aldo (Star Player) was super positive and upbeat during the time that people were down over COVID-19 and leaving early to go home. He tried his best to keep everyone in good spirits while still at the resort.

This resort is so pretty, The photos just do not show you how nice the property is. Great staff! The pool and beach are prefect. We upgraded our room and had a ocean view. I would recommend this resort to anyone!

It was very peaceful and some things in our room needed maintenance like a broken lamp not enough wall plugs

The stay was excellent! The staff kept things moving, so polite, helpful, (especially Mike at the front desk and Carlos, and Ramses by the beach) Food was great, all the staff really worked hard for all of us! I was worried about getting reservations for food because of some of the reviews, but the staff fit us into everything we wanted to try, the la gondola ( Italian) was the best, and had a blast at bonsai (Japanese) I cannot say anything bad even the ride with Jose from the airport was excellent! This was the best trip for my wife I and three daughters, they even got our rooms close together! The cleanliness was good the room was welcoming along with the main entrance to the hotel, the beach was cleaned every morning, was some of the best I have ever been on!

Great resort. Good food. Entertainment team is fabulous.
