There was a lot of ants inside the room all over the room. Around the bed, in the bed. Somebody went inside the room without permission.

Always a great stay with great service by the staff, the only complain i would have is to change the chairs by the pool sense the are not in great shape and really not that comfortable but other than that and missing the monkeys, always a great stay

Place is great, staff is super friendly the 2 front desk guys always been very profesionals and the lady who made breakfast was great, coffe is one of the best coffe we try.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, large rooms for reasonable price. Wifi worked surprisingly well. Located in an area with plenty of street food, about a 10 minute drive or 30-40 minute walk from the city center. Lots of common space that makes for a good place to work socialize. Some food and drink options on site, too.

Cute property. I loved, loved, loved that they had an array of animals on the property. Tucan, parrot, cats, turtle, monkeys. I was truly elated. I only stayed one night, but it was pleasant.

What I liked a lot about this place is that it was close to the relatives I went to visit. The environment was like I was home. The staff personnel AMAZING!!!! Two of my best people there are Jonathan and the cooking lady. Shan the staff person from the night was really good but a little less friendly then Jonathan and the cooking lady (sorry she told me her name and can’t remember it) but she was super nice. All profesional. There was a guy there looks like maybe the owner, partner or the hotel administrator. Sorry but he was very rude to be a very important person in the hotel. Never said good morning or when we left never said thanks for visit. Me as a general manager of a hotel and restaurant in CR is one of the things I do to make sure my guess come back to us. Over all it was an AMAZING experience at the Art Hotel. By the way the hotel needs a little upgrade and for sure more repairs in the rooms and better towels and pool needs better cleaning.
