Everything was great. Fez is an amazing host and the location and the establishment is beautiful. Thanks again for a great stay. We will be visiting again.

You can't go wrong with The Ballard House Inn!!! The Innkeeper, Fez, makes sure every detail of your stay is to perfection. The breakfast he makes are the best we have ever had at a B & B and the place is immaculate. He is fun to talk to and can recommend area hikes, restaurants, etc. I thought I left my keys behind and contacted him...He got back to me immediately. Noone wanted to leave the Ballard House Inn!!!

We had a great stay! We stayed two nights over a weekend. The meals were amazing, and the room was extremely clean. I never heard a peep from anyone else's room. The view from the back deck is simply gorgeous, and there is a lovely trail system to go exploring. The inn is close to local amenities, but far enough away to be in a quiet rural setting. The innkeeper is a great host and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. This was our first ever stay in a B&B and it was beyond exceptional. From the homemade snacks, breakfast to the scenery from the porch, everything was perfect for relaxing and having a good time. The rooms were well stocked with towels, shamp/cond, etc. The small touches in the house like the wood beams throughout made it even more enjoyable. The area was loaded with things to do, though we were in town for a wedding so we had to forgo all of them. Definitely thinking of heading back to the area for a family vacation.
