I booked a double bed room for single use. In hotels.com description the room was supposed to "overlook the courtyard". This mean that the room should have a window looking to some kind of courtyard. But it didn't. Just had a window on the roof of the room, most accurately a hatch on the roof, accecible only with a very long stick to move the shader!!! Overlooking a courtyard of a place in moon or another planet maybe. I felt like I was in a cage as the room had no other windows apart from this hatch and asked the receptionist to give me another room with the description I had paid for. But the answer from the receptionist was to give more money so they would give me another upgraded room. I talked to phone with the manager and his excuse was " I can't have a complete description on all the hotel rooms". unfortunately I had prepaid for my stay, otherwise I would move to another hotel. Description of the room concerning this key feature was deceptive and I would NOT have booked the room if I knew what the reality was. I am a frequent user of hotels.com and I first time i felt very stressed with this kind of situation. I will make a report to hotels.com and ask for compensation cause the room I stayed didn't meet the description of the room I had booked and paid for.

Nice rooms and a pleasant breakfast room.Well situated for me as it was only about a 15 minute walk to the main (upper) railway station while the lower railway station and bus garage are just round the corner.Found the hotel to be a good base to use while visiting the town and surrounding area.On the downside the hotel doesn't have a lift,I'd have loved a room safe and it's the first hotel I've been to which didn't have soap dispensers in the shower or next to the sink.All things considered though I'd certainly use it again.

It was a cosy hotel, very close to the bus station and the city. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I stay one night in the hotel, location is good. 2 minutes on food to city bus station and Albert supermarket. But there is no lift in the hotel, if you have heavy luggage, it is not convenient for the traveller.

Great location on the main pedestrian street, but not noisy at all. Close to bus station. Good cafes, bars and super restaurants very close. I would have preferred a sheet instead of the duvet, but other than that the room was fine. No elevator or A/C, but the breakfast was great!

Great place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Highly recommended.

Centralt, trevlig personal, rent. Dåligt internet.

Выбирали отель для остановки на 1 ночь, так как улетали из Карловых Вар.Находится недалеко от автовокзалов чтобы ехать в Прагу и аэропорт.Для того чтобы переночевать отлично.Номер небольшой,без прихожей сразу справа от входной двери справа кровать, слева маленький столик и два стула, за кроватью сануэел с маленькой раковиной и дущевой кабинкой.В душевой холодно даже не хотелось сполоснуться.В общем если переночевать, то годится, если надолго то нет.Хотя завтрак отличный.
