Property was very clean and newly updated. The whole condo smelled brand new! Balcony was great for nighttime sitting and just enjoying the view.The only tiny things I would bring up were there was no bedding for the sofa bed and we were unaware until we got to the property that while the swimming pool was open you had to make a reservation to use it and it was booked for the four days that we were there and we were unable to use it at all. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Branson.

The property was very clean. Our unit was fully equipped and wonderful with a large bedroom. Jacuzzi tub. Full kitchen and an enclosed porch. The layout was spacious. Our granddaughter slept comfortably on the sofa bed. Great location to all attractions. Definitely would stay again

Most of the staff were very nice. The one bedroom condo was clean and comfortable. The walls between the studio and the one bedroom are thin and can clearly hear the people in the other unit. The units are dated. The husky security guy where the pool is located was a crab.

I ended up in a handicap accessible room but did not request one. The room was clean and everything looked fresh; carpeting, furnishings, and appliances. The only issue was the shower head. SInce in was an accessable room, it was on a handheld wand and it would not stay pointed in the confines of the shower stall. Well, there was plenty of towles to mop up with, but I am not a fan of cleaning up when on vacation. No worries, I did.

the shower /bath is really hard to get into if your not real tall or have knee problems- not recommended for people with leg problems

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Bed was great. The balcony had a beautiful view. We will definitely stay at this resort again when we visit Branson.

We have visited Branson a lot! This room was very spacious and had a lot of room to spread out. Great time and very quiet all around.

Great stay! will be back!

Office was off site, like 2 miles up the street. (No on site service) Room was dated. Walls insanely thin. Parking was effing atrocious. Thought I was booking a hotel, but it was basically a timeshare. Had to get the pep talk from an extremely nice lady about why I should do a half day tour. Politely declined. Overall for the right price I’d stay again.
