Great location. Great building. Great breakfast. Great staff.

Well located, good breakfast. A characterful hotel (in a good way).

The picture that was shown for the room did not resemble the room I got on check in at 2AM in the morning. I was too tired to care. However, there was a heat wave on and this old historic property did not have air conditioning. I was given a noisy floor fan. There is no safe in the room as well. These were basics I got in a basic hotel in Mexico 30 years ago. The selling aspect of this hotel is the location. But given the price Iwas charge, I am sadly disappointed. The breakfast and staff were excellent, but did not get my wake up call on first day. I do want to say thank you to staff however, for surprising me on my birthday with a lovely gift.

Beautiful traditional decoration in keeping with the age of the building. Very attentive staff and extremely clean. We had a lovely stay thank you.

When I came to room, some trash was in the trash pans. Guests, who come to my room, can stay in hotel until 10 p.m. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff on the reception and in the restaurant are friendly. Location is good. Historical interior. Rooms with double beds aren’t small.

It's an amazing old building in an unbeatable location. Breakfast is at the very least in the top three I have ever witnessed.

The service is excellent. Front desk, restaraunt staff are super professional and nice. We got a cheap room: old furniture,interior needs to be remodeled before windows fall in on guests or a guest falls through the floor boards.

I especially loved the breakfasts with live piano. The location of the hotel is also great, only a few minutes walking distance from major points of interest. The only thing that bothered me was the room facilities. I stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. But it would have been nice if there were more bathrooms and those rooms do not even get a bottle of water. But overall it was a nice experience.
