Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable Peaceful stay

Was so relaxing, our property must of not been used for awhile as the Jets pumped out some brown stuff in the spa kettle didn't work but within 15 minutes of calling reception we had a brand new kettle delivered by staff member

There were various issues with our stay. 1) There was no wifi (issue with nbn apparently but was no informed at check in, even though was advertised as inclusive of the room price) 2) the portacot which was requested actually had a charge ($11.00) and was just left on the floor entrance unopened and sheets left on the table. When opening it, it was actually broken and could not have it set up, having a crying baby it was rather inconvenient waiting for half an hr as the reception has closed early and was directed to call an after hours line. 3) Reception had called us at 11am informing us our villa was ready to check in. Rather unexpected and was nice to let us know we can come early. However, they called again at 3pm asking us when we are checking in. Felt like she wanted us to hurry up and check in so she would go home. As after we got the keys, the reception was shut and we couldn’t ask further questions. 4) villa overall was pretty unclean. Had food scraps on ground. And hair in the bed. Kettle was rusted, and cutlery had oil stains. Not to mention the toilet had all residual urine stains like it had not been cleaned for weeks. Rather disgusting especially unhygienic for guests to see that. 5) the layout of the villas surround a pool/bbq area. We had large groups who were up until 12am shouting and laughing on their balconies and kids up very early at 7am running around the pool area. Not quiet. Wouldn’t stay again given it was nearly $300 a night

We only stayed for one night (stop over on the way south) so not really able to give a full review. However, everything was functional and the apartment nice. There does not seem to be much around (which didn't really bother us as we didn't need anything) and as we came during shoulder season the place was very quiet. The flat did show some small signs of wear and tear but nothing serious.

Mandurah quay resort is in a lovely quite location near the estuary. It is a great place for fishing or crabbing and a very laid back atmosphere. It was a very relaxing 3 day stay

Great facilities, comfortable stay, friendly service. Highly recommended.

The pool was beautiful. Spa nice and hot. Gorgeous staff. Clean rooms nice and quiet.

The orioerty was convenient as we were visiting family nearby. The place wasn't very clean and this was disappointing
