It's ok.

It was adequate for one night. It needed work, but they are working on it, so it will be better the next time.

The property needs to be updated it’s dated, the beds are to soft for me I like a hard bed to sleep on. The walls are very thin. Personally it’s a inexpensive place to stay but I will not be staying here again

We just needed a bed for the night as we had someone at the hospital. The room was clean and comfortable if a bit dated. Claims a panoramic view but we woke up to the iconic Saint John fog. The price was right and we were able to book and check in on very short notice.

Dishonest and paper thin walls

We were NOT happy with either the place nor the service. When we arrived the man tried to charge us an extra $10 claiming we need a larger room with an extra twin bed then we reserved. He claimed it was a favor as a disconnected rate. We asked why, how big is the bed. He said it was a double, which is what we wanted! We told no, we only want the double bed, we are only 2 people, we don’t need an extra twin bed, beside we are only there 1 night. Then he claimed he didn’t have the double bed we reserved but would charges us only $5 extra, we still said no we only want what we reserved. He finally agreed to give us the room at the price we reserved. We never used the twin bed so why should we pay extra for a reservation they already agreed on?! The point is not the $5 or $10 it is dishonesty and somewhere trying to pull one on a customer. Then we stayed in a room that was so paper thing we could hear EVERYTHING that went on in the other rooms. I have NEVER stayed in a place so paper twin. We heard tv, conversations and EVERYTHING. Would NOT recommend.

I stayed as a stopping point on the way to Nova Scotia. I was greeted by the owner, who was very nice and provided information on local restaurants, etc. The hotel is older, but at the price point, I have no complaints. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also found it to be quiet. The room also had a fridge, microwave and even a few dishes that could be used by those staying. This was a plus for me, as I was able to make breakfast before hitting the road.

Very spacious suite, check-in process went very smoothly. However, the cleanliness is disappointing. We found bugs on one of the pillows (looked like bed bugs) and decided we're not going to risk it with the kids and cancelled our stay. Also, the decor is very dated with many of the amenities and furniture requiring replacement as they're worn out
