The bed was hard as a rock, I spent 3 nights there and no cleaning was every done or even offered, same towels. The TV channel selections were very poor and the quality of the TV itself was poor, constantly blurring and cutting out. The grounds were unkept, cigerette butts everywhere around the front entrance and the whole area looked like it has been abandoned.

I did not like the fact that after prwpaying the hotel. The hotel sendme a mail that they were not operating their airport shuttle service and that I had to take a train and a 1 km walk to reach them. I latwr found out at the shuttle bus stop that theirs was the only hotelshuttle that was not operating. In the morning their breakfast buffet was replaced by a pick up bag with some bread and a choice of coldcuts or cheese The hotel is far away from any other place to grab a bite.

Nice stay, considering the limitations due to the pandemic. Everybody is helpful and friendly and the location does allow public transportation, which is just great to enjoy a few days abroad.

Great location, super service and a very good price. They provided take away breakfast within the price which was a very nice touch, as you are not near a supermarket or local store.

Friendly, helpful staff, super clean,excellent price.Would give it 5 stars but the mattresses were soft and lumpy, and the square bed pillows were odd and too small!

Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional which made my stay the best it could be. A very good hotel which gave me exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price; convenient access to Schiphol airport and Amsterdam, a comfortable and clean room and a good but not expensive breakfast.

A very quiet place. Located close to airport. Good breakfast provided.

We arrived early, we were allowed to check-in early with extra 5 Euro, consider after a 10 hour flight from the States, 5 euros seems to be alright. It's a clean, no frill hotel, room is smaller than any Holiday inns I've stayed. Breakfast is good. Not the most convenient location even with free shuttle service.
