It was an incredible stay. Although we had a little bad weather the service was incredible and the grounds of the hotel or a masterpiece. Gabriel, Felipe Agostino were all so helpful and the food exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking forNature at its finest

Wonderful, historic hacienda with superb service. Walter and Edgar at reception were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous setting in a jungle paradise...beautiful pool and private gate access to Chichen Itza.

Great garden pool and lobby. SPA not existent. Just way overpriced massage treatments. Internet frustrating not existing. Just the lobby and pool area are covered and there is almost no network. The restaurant is good.

The hotel and its grounds is absolutely amazing. I really managed to relax in its tranquil, quiet and calm environment. The pool and the spa were lovely. The food was excellent - the vegetables in particular, which I understand are grown organically in their own vegetable gardens. It is also in walking distance from a side entrance to the Chichen Itza site which makes it very convenient. The only negative would be that there is not much else around in terms of restaurants and bars, so you are very reliant on the hotel's facilities or those of the surrounding hotels. This really is a place to go for a quiet, restful break away from it all.

Stayed here due to the easy walk from the property to the back door access to Chichen Itzá. It was worth it. They even get your tickets for you.

Amazing place. Very close to the ruins with a private entrance to avoid lines during morning at main entrance. Besided that, the hotel itself it's beautiful, the gardens, rooms, etc. They hire local people and that is cool too. The restaurant is nice and with good food, it's pricey though.

Beautiful historical hacienda built in the 1600s with a chapel and beautiful grounds with old trees. The rooms are in separate buildings around the main house. The restaurant and pool have WiFi. They make delicious vegan food upon request! I am sure they can accommodate any other dietary requests (call ahead of time, they provided us with a full vegan menu). You get to hear the birds and frogs if you are outdoors, and see little animals, which was a highlight for my 6 year old (he would look for iguanas and geckos in the trees). The private entrance to Chichen allows you to avoid the crowds. We arranged to go early in the morning with a tour guide who picked us up in the lobby. We stayed at 3 different hotels during this trip, and this one was by far the best!
