Make sure they give you the room you reserve.

We did NOT get the room we reserved. We reserved a double queen suite and got a King room. We NEEDED the other queen bed. The staff assured us there was a comfortable pull out couch. There was a pull out couch, but the mattress was paper thin, and there was no bedding in the room. Also, our storm window was frozen open... The room was clean, the one bed was comfortable. The single person hot tub in the room was, awkward... Great pool area

This is the 3rd hotel from this company in the last year that the pool was closed. Then on the second day the elevator broke. They need to do repairs they charge $120 a night for a bed. I pay that much to enjoy the pool and everything else that suppose to be included. But they never have them open.

took over an hour to check in because of computer problems with credit card machine and room kept computer. I was only person checking it. There was blood on floor of elevator, looked like someone cut there foot. It was still there all night and next day

The room was fine, but the check in and checkout was awful. It didn’t appear that anybody was working the desk the entire time.

Pool area was in need of repairs. Jacuzzi did not work. No housekeeping service for multiple night stay. Not even trash removal. A key was made for my room by a desk attendant. This key was made for a person unknown to me. Staff did not check with me prior to making a key for this unknown person who unlocked the door and walked into my room.

First hotel stay at Baymont

The room seemed to be clean but when we looked into the bathroom, the toilet was dirty. YUK I had cleaning wipes with me, so we cleaned it ourselves. It was late and only night person in office. In the morning I asked someone at the desk, to disinfect the bathroom. I was hoping it was done.
