The hotel was a perfect choice for our getaway. The private beach is a wonderful benefit. Just step into the sea and you are surrounded by scores of tropical fish in all colours and sizes.

The hotel has a very small parking, and did not suggest any alternatives The dining room is very small crowded and noisy, Their is no lobby in the hotel The room suppose to be de luxe suites bet the balcony was small and crowded, who’s no private Their was not a minibar Their was bad smell at the bathroom The room was big and clean but the price is too high

We had a lovely time Very quiet in the room The rooms were beatifully designed (no frills, white tiles)

The hotel is very nice, boutique. Breakfast was nice, a lot of choices. Service is great. The best thing about it is the location and the service.

Very nice hotel, staff was excellent, got a free upgrade to a room with a pool. Will definitely come back here!

The worst hotel stay I've ever experienced due to an intensely loud electronic dance music party outside our window from 16.00 until late at night. It was impossible to stay in the room because the noise shock the walls and I could hear the music even over earplugs. Reception were very unprofessional and took the phone off the hook at the front desk. I had to go downstairs to enquire to find no one at the front desk. When eventually someone was found they said nothing could be done as it was a wedding party and all other rooms were booked. Why didn't they warn us when they checked in? Why put non party guests near that side of the hotel? Why allow music that loud? And it was loud trance electronic music to dangerous levels. I was unable to sit on the balcony I paid for. No compensation offered. Very unprofessional. Very low class for this level and price of hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone in case this happens again.

We had an amazing time at the Reef Eilat. The hotel was beautiful. Our room was large and super clean. We had a nice balcony with a partial sea view. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was soooo nice! The breakfast buffet was AMAZING. So much fresh food including daily specials, a yogurt bar, salad bar, assorted breads, cheeses, desserts, coffee bar and israeli and greek cuisine. The hotel is right on the water and has a bunch of free amenities such as snorkel gear and bikes you can take out. The sun deck has plenty of different areas to sit and lay out. There are nice restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to move the car. There is free parking at the hotel but you can also pay 20 shekels a day for public parking which can be used anywhere in Eilat. This was an incredible first trip to Eilat and I will definitely be back and will of course, stay at the Reef!

Bus right there! Beach right there! Observatory right there!!! Balcony lovely snacks lovely and breakfast out of this world! Would be better if we someone could of helped w how to get to Ein Avdat - a tour connection or something.
