This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. The room I stayed in (number 6) was beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, clean and had a great view of the sea. The little touches in the room made a huge difference such as; a fan, USB ports in the plugs, the cute little bathtub holding the toiletries, and a fridge. The big plus points and what made a huge difference to my stay for me was the ability to eat takeaways and drink in the room and a quick and reliable WiFi connection in the room (at no extra charge, I’m looking at you big brand hotels!) I didn’t opt for breakfast so I can’t comment on this. The only negatives I had was that the shower cubicle was tiny and that stairs leading up to the room were a little wonky (even more so after a few drinks 😉) but this added a little bit of character to the place. Parking could also potentially be an issue, although I was lucky and someone was leaving just as I was pulling up. I would happily stay at 3 Norfolk Square again.

This is a superb guest house,just a stones throw from the seafront.So comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice and quality ingredients. I would love to had stayed longer.

As good as described on website. Very clean and comfortable, you can get cheaper in Yarmouth, but you'd struggle to get better. Very comfy bed, fridge in room with milk and water. Good bathroom efficient check in and great breakfast.

Nice hotel in a great location

I had a short but wonderful stay at the 3 Norfolk Square. It was a last min booking but it was smooth. The keys were left for me and I was given clear instruction of how to enter the building and where my room would be. The room was clean and comfortable, I had an excellent nights sleep. Great location to the beach promenade too if you were going to Gt Yarmouth to spend time down there. rice point was great. Sadly I did not have time for breakfast.

so professional car parking sorted as soon as we arrived. breakfast plenty of choice all the usual cereals yogurts home made jams and various hot options. 5 minute walk in to town . great place to stay
