No quality control.

Nice building. Nice pools. Not expensive, But they have many issues regarding quality. Internet barely exists. Taxi service is expensive, driver safety can be terrible. Front desk is useless. They specialize in ignoring a guest who is standing in front of them. This could be a great hotel. But it is far from it now. Good luck to the new management.

Smart town centre hotel. I felt the hotel were unfair in refusing Expedia clients full all inclusive, whilst all the Ukranian tourists enjoyed it. Whether the fault lay with the hotel or Expedia I don't know.

Great staff, good food, standard beaches poor wifi

The staff at this hotel are really great. They go above and beyond to please the customer. We were really pleased with the variety of tasty food - the Egyptian dishes were particularly noteworthy. The beaches associated with this hotel are not great. At Reef Beach, you have to walk down about 20 steps and walk over coral to get into the sea. At the Turquoise Beach, there are tourist boats about 200 metres away from this walk-in accessible water spot, and the scent of petrol is over-powering. We chose to stay at the hotel pool, even though it was not heated. The wifi is pathetic. It is only accessible in the lobby (and we later learned, in the gym!) Best connection hours are before 08:00 and after 22:00, but as I said, only in the lobby.

Great Stay!

The staff is outstanding. They all work very hard. We were especially impressed with the waiters/service staff but everyone from housekeeping to bartenders to the front desk were excellent. It's a busy place and takes some getting used to as you learn how to navigate your way around but once you are in the rhythm of it all it is wonderful. We had a blast. They went out of their way on New Year's Eve with superb food and entertainment. We always felt safe. Tip: Be sure you go to the RIGHT door to take the bus to the beach. Tip: Spa in the hotel is wonderful but there also amazing massages at Reef Beach and locally. Above all, it is the people who work at the hotel that make it so wonderful. We left feeling happy and relaxed.

Fantastic Location and service

It was a very good experience. The hotel has such a wonderful location and very high standard of service and the Food was awesome. Definitly recommended and will go back again.

Great.

Nice place very large hotel so your room may be a little bit of a walk (they do have buggies)- but sometimes slow!
