Quite disappointed with this hotel, yes it’s on the seafront but that all that is special about it. For the price you pay you should have more than one electric socket in a room and the air conditioning should work in the summer. The restaurant staff were super nice though and the breakfast was ok.

Location is great! Staff is awesome! Only minor complaint is the size of our balcony...could barely fit two chairs...but not a deal breaker. Well worth renting chairs and umbrella for the day. Overall excellent stay!

Absolutely amazing hotel in Piran with perfect

+ great location of the hotel, room with balcony & view, hotel/rooms condition is good + staff at the front desk was polite and professional. + delicious breakfast - hotel didn’t inform us about the parking shuttle prior arrival. This could have saved us 30min walk. - considering this is perhaps the best hotel in Piran, with respective price for rooms, I was rather surprised to get €20 surcharge per day for sunbeds and umbrella.

The hotel is on great location and staff are friendly, however we have mosquitos our room and lift. Also, we could smell smoking at night and in the morning because next door guest were smoking at balcony.

Hotel is in great location but the room 122 was VERY SMALL! The bathroom was so small you can hardly sit on the toilet! Very poor design! I’ve stayed here before in other rooms and they are much nicer! I thought I booked a room with two single beds but we had one full bed! 😒

Probably the best location inside Piran. On the beachfront, a few steps to everywhere. Stylish lobby, breakfast room/restaurant. Tables by the sea, etc. We got the cheapest double room with sea view option and the room was indeed tiny. Also, there is zero sound insulation. We could literally follow the conversation next room, word by word. Parking is a bit inconvenient inside Piran. The hotel doesn't have parking space closeby. You have to park your car outside Piran, a few km away, then use the free shuttle which runs every 10 minutes between the car park and Piran center. Then it's about a further 100 steps to the hotel. If you are in a positive mood with little luggage, it's not a big deal, but if you arrive late with lots to carry, then it's a bit inconvenient. After check-out, it's quite convenient, there is a free hotel shuttle that takes you directly to your car. If I would visit Piran once more, I would stay here again with the hope that I would not have chatty or snoring neighbors.

The best location in Oiran. 30 feet from water and truly the Riberia of the Adriatic.

Great view from the rooms. Loved coffee in the morning looking out at the sea.
