Small hotel sited between the seaside and the pedestrian mall. Good restaurants nearby. The room was relatively sparse but adequate. Menton is a great place as a base to see the riviera and also go into Italy. The hotel has a parking agreement with a car park nearby which is great value.

I stayed 2 nights on business during a very busy period of MYS MONACO . The room rate was commensurate with the room so I was not expecting luxury . The mattress was poor and the en-suite shower small and a little dated ,but very clean and good for a short stay . The clientele were elderly , and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly . Breakfast buffet was standard fare . I managed to park outside pay and display , twice ,which was great for a quick get away in the morning . There was a good restaurant next door . Beach view looked good , but I had a side street room which was a fine as I was only their to sleep . Nice outside garden . Overall good location on the seafront , very good value for location and inclusive of breakfast .

The location is absolutely great as the annex rooms (where we stayed) have a balcony right on the waterfront boulevard, but there lies the only issue - noise. The street in front of the hotel is quite busy with trucks, scooters, etc. starting at about 6:00am. The french doors, although they are double paned, do a surprisingly bad job of insulating the noise. I'd suggest asking for a waterfront room in the main portion of the hotel, not the annex portion. Although it's farther from the water and the view is definitely not quite as dramatic, the distance should provide some welcome relief from the noise. IF view is more important than being able to sleep in past 6:00am (maybe you're an early riser and will welcome the built in alarm clock), make sure to ask for an annex room that's on the 1st floor (USA 2nd floor) as they have much bigger terraces (especially the westernmost two rooms - 119 and 120 I believe.)

Lovely individual rooms, I even had a little balcony which was unexpected!

Great location. Be aware of the cars and motorcycle noises if your staying in an oceanfront room. Although the view is spectacular ! We had a great time. Thank you
