The stay was pretty good; standard Marriott hotel and service. I was very disappointed at checkout, however, to find out I was billed for Internet for my stay. I specifically selected the free option, but the GM kept insisting I did select the paid option. It’s not a huge deal but it’s the little things, especially these days, that can make or break an experience so I do have to say I will not be staying at this hotel again, particularly since I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com. If it were me, I would’ve used the customer is always right policy and simply refunded the charges. It’s not like I ran up hundreds of dollars in incidentals. Just a few pennies will cost them a guest.

Stay was great. Just sofa was not very comfortable. Could use pillows for sofa. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Staff had great customer service skills.

Absolutely Amazing Hotel. From the moment I walked in - I felt welcomed, safe and home. The entrance door is secured so when first checking in you have to call the front desk. They come down to let you in and welcome you with a smile. Check in was smooth and simple. The manager and front desk clerk were so kind. The room was clean, modern, spacious and had all my request. Everything from the separate toilet and shower area was top of the line. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. I’ll be staying for a while 😁

Hotel and room was clean. Hotel did a good job of sanitation and social distancing. Bed was uncomfortable but it is what it is. Room was a nice size and clean.

My stay at this hotel waa great. Everyone was very accommodating. The only complaint I had was when I pulled back the blankets there was someone's hair, multiple strands all over the sheets. Due to COVID-19 they didnt come in the room to change them but did bring new sheets but I was still a little uncomfortable so i ended up spreading them on top of the blanket

Great stay

Gym was NOT accessible, due to COVID, but was advertised as available 24 hours. Breakfast was a hospital-type tiny sealed muffin, small dannon yogurt cup, and coffee. Coffee was the only hot item!

New facilities and clean enviroment. We were very happy to stayed here and we would happily do it again

The hotel itself was beautiful! The staff on the other hand was superb! I love staying in hotels with great service thanks guys!!!!

Outstanding motel, room and area. A must stay place.
