The rooms are not clean. We have stayed for 5 nights and the bedsheets were never changed even though we asked twice. We have complained to the managers and no action was taken. On their directory of service they have listed items that can be provided at reception, when we asked for toothbrushes and toothpastes (which they are supposed to provide at reception) they don’t have it. The receptionist said they will ask for toothbrushes to be provided to us the next day but it was never provided.

Dirty hotel. Im Bad Schimmel. Schwarz. Eckelhaft

Very slow check in, slow service at the bar (same person doing everything). Was charged extra for the car parking. At checkout they wanted to charge me again for items already paid for.

Mould. Dirty. Cold water during the night. It takes ages to get warm water

Great hotel, spacious rooms, tram stop right outside the hotel, ample parking. Staff very Courteous and accommodating .

Pretty good! Good breakfast, poor evening meal choice

We stayed there for a wedding. Extremely close to the train to downtown Karlsruhe. Good bakery with great coffee 10 min walk away. Very nice front desk

An overnight stop in Karlsruhe. This hotel was perfect. Clean and tidy, nice big rooms with comfortable beds and a great shower. Staff very helpful and ample parking. All at a good price

We were travelling round 6 countries in 8 days so literally arrived at 10pm and left at 9am. It was a little difficult to work out how to get in the car park (including a scary moment where I forgot I was in Europe and started driving the wrong side of a two lane road! Once in we were met with friendliness by the man on the desk and check in was effortless. The room was clean and tidy with a great shower and it was quiet so we slept well. There was also free wifi which was really easy to log on to. All in all a pleasant stopover.
