Nice motel, wifi not working all the time

This hotel is an okay hotel. I have actually stayed here before and been quite pleased. However, this time around there were a couple extremely disappointing factors. 1. The room was relatively clean other than the couch having a slight stain area on the arm rest and upon entry to the room we discovered dead flies in the window. 2. Their Covid breakfast was extremely lacking in options. You get a paper bag with a tiny tiny muffin, granola bar, fruit and juice. Which is okay but they dont offer any other options - I'm not a fan of blueberry muffins or cold breakfasts. I understand covid limits but we have stayed other places that offer a slight variety and have take and go breakfast sandwich's or frozen options that you can heat up in your room.

The customer service was great. We were warm in our room while sleeping. Air would not work til morning

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last year and it was much cleaner, friendlier, and had very kind staff. This year the mattresses have been switched to very thin and hard mattresses. This was horrible for my fibromyalgia and caused a flare that I am still trying to manage. In addition when we arrived their credit card machine was acting finicky and it rejected my only card I had available to me, as I was out of town. My room was prepaid but I had to give a $20 deductible for possible damages. I gave a twenty dollar bill and was given my keys. The attendant talked with my daughter when I parked the truck stating we had to leave the hotel because of not having another credit card for “incidentals”. My daughter was very upset and wanted to sleep due to early morning neurological testing. After much scrambling I was able to get my husband’s credit card info, but it had to be sent through text messages (very risky). We were able to stay but not after making us feel unwelcomed due to there electronic issues. My credit card worked without incident for the remainder of the trip.

Loved the view and the hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. My only negative point is that of covid and the effects it had. No pool access or decent complimentary breakfast!

Dont allow locals plus they owe me 119 and some more for someone charging my account 119 times cause over draft and bank closing

Comfortable beds but I would not have paid any more than we did to stay there and we got a great rate during covid. No breakfast - allegedly there was a bagged breakfast but it was disgusting. Part of the reason you stay there is for that included.

It was fine, considering the restrictions Covid places on hotels, no breakfast, no pool, etc

Pleasantly surprised, what a nice place! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Bathroom was not clean, bed covers had pizza stain or something on it...I sanitized and cleaned whole room before my kids could sit down...staff was friendly
