Great looking lobby and close to the station

The staff are friendly and helpful. I wanted a little more from the room and the hallways smelt a little bit like cigarettes. But I enjoyed my time there. Because there is a convenience store in the amazing lobby. The hotel is close to the station and you get to go to DisneyLand/Sea!!

Business stay in Maihama Hotel Club Resort

The hotel location is good because I stay in this hotel for a meeting. Of course it is also acceptable if the main theme of your trip is Tokyo Disneyland. Otherwise, it needs 30 minutes JR ride to reach Tokyo city centre (Shinjuku) for shopping. Staff are friendly and try to understand your question and give you an answer although they do not speak good English. The hotel is quite out-dated and some carpet is stained. It definitely needs redecoration.

Excellent Service!! 5 stars hotel!!

The services and staff are very excellent!! It is a very good location for people who would like to be nearby the bay and at the same time nearby Tokyo Disneyland. I would like to give a compliment to your guest relation staff, Fujimori and Arata for being so helpful during my stay! They are such tremendous assets for your hotel to make your guess feel like home away from home!! You must be lucky to have them both working for your company!

Good enough

Everything about the hotel and room was what one could expect from a 3-4 star hotel, thus meeting my expectations. Only thing my wife complained about was the non-existent english channel on TV.

Fantastic Location and Service!

Highly recommended! Right next to monorail station and included free every 15 minute bus service to hotel (if you don't want to walk). Great rooms, size, very clean and will stay here again next time. :)

decent place

This is Japan so even the basic level of service is outstanding. All staff, including hotel, parks, restaurant and transportation were helpful and accomodating.

Amazing! Highly Recommended

Hotel was great and easy access off monorail at Disney. Free buses shuttle you the last 200 yards from the monorail station to the hotel every 15 minutes. Staff was amazing, large, clean rooms, will stay here again on next visit to Tokyo Disney

Good hotel but needs.....

Overall, for an English speaker, who was staying in Japan after a business trip to visit Disney Tokyo, a decent place to stay. Staff was courteous, very helpful and efficient. Between my poor Japanese and their limited English we were able to do well. Location is a 5 minute walk to the Disney Monorail line. But, for a hotel these days to not have internet in the rooms, and only in the lobby, was quite a surprise and made some issues difficult.

Disney Fan hotel

We picked this hotel for the price and proximity to the parks. The hotel is a little older and in need of some updating however the staff was excellent. There is a free shuttle to the Bayside Station where you can pay for a monorail ride to the Disney parks. The food options are somewhat limited in the hotel though there is a small bakery which we made good use of. No in room Internet but wifi was offered in the lobby. Overall clean and convenient.
