Friendly staff, and clean, quiet rooms. The weekend shuttle service to Deadwood was especially helpful.

This is a good hotel for the price right in between everything in the Black Hills the rooms were alright clean comfortable breakfast was good I would say that the staff at the front desk one red headed gentleman in particular did not do a good job he checked someone else into my room with a completely different last name so when I arrived at the hotel I had found that someone had already taken the reservation they were put in another room so we still had our room but this is unacceptable the only person to be checked into a reservation is the person on the reservation

We could not be more happy with the Blackstone Lodge! I had booked 6 rooms and there was a confusion when people were checking in (since some were in my name and some were not). Several employees jumped right in to help us make it right and to help us. Friendly, clean, helpful, and a wonderful breakfast! The only thing that would make our stay more enjoyable is if the trolly came to Lead since taxis during a big event weekend are a nightmare, but that isn't a hotel issue. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Would definitely stay there again...clean, great staff, great breakfast, clean rooms, clean hot tubs, and a great location between Terry Peak and Deadwood.
