Staff were nothing but wonderful to deal with! The rooms were beautiful (hard wood floors were such a great addition) and view was absolutely breathtaking! In the heart of downtown with delicious food options everywhere you look. Would absolutely recommend!

We waited almost an hour and a half after the check in time for our room to be ready. We wanted to get cleaned up before our dinner reservations but sadly we’re not able to. We waited over 30 minutes to have a turn in the hot tub as there were multiple individuals in there with open alcohol. We had to take it upon ourselves to ask them if we could have a turn, as it clearly stated in the multiple signs there were only to be 2 people in the hot tub at a time for 15 minutes. Once we got in the water was not hot, and the whirlpool was broken. Did not care for the fact there were no locks on the bathroom door in my room, and the shower controls seemed to be broken. For the price we pay for a room, we were very disappointed. Not to mention, no breakfast. I had high hopes as we heard this was a wonderful hotel to stay in, but it was not that for us. I do not think we will be returning.

This is a modern renovated property that is pet friendly which is why we stay there. They have a nice pool and hot tub. Staff are wonderful. Connected to Charlottetown mall and within walking distance of everything downtown since it’s right in the middle of downtown.

A great place

Excellent front desk staff. We received a friendly welcome and service was great. Rooms were lovely, clean and in excellent repair. Pool/gym area was great, well maintained and well stocked with plenty of fresh towels. We were really impressed with everything and will definitely return.

Great value for money

Amazing hotel especially if bring a pet… they had treats for my pup, and free water for me when I left. Definitely will go back…
