I enjoyed my stay short though it was. I have no complaints with this hotel.

Excellent value. Old property with small, aging, but well maintained rooms. My room had no window. But everything worked, bed was comfortable, water was hot, and I slept well with little distracting noise. Extremely convenient location with free parking lot. For the traveler on a budget who wants convenient location more than spacious and modern facility, this place is ideal.

The room was very small and walls paper thin. We could hear conversations of the people in next room. he location was great and the girls were helpful.

It was awful. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere. When we arrived to check in we got to our room that wasn’t actually cleaned from the previous guests. Parking was terrible, tiny spaces without room to turn around or even open the car door. The bed was NOT comfortable and they provided only 2 pillows for a double room that were flatter than pancakes. Lastly, the didn’t even provide shower gels or shampoo, there was a dispenser on the wall for you to use.

The location and parking were the ONLY good things about this hotel. It should be priced no more than a hostel and that’s being generous. So old and dated and everything is falling apart. Be prepared there is no elevator and it’s up four flights in worn carpets and the hallways are tiny The first room they checked us into was so tiny and musty I could barely breathe. All furnishings were so outdated and falling apart and there wasn’t even soap in the washroom. Got moved to another room which was moderately better though still falling to pieces and severely outdated. Went to hang the towel and the bolt fell right out of the wall etc. It’s so old and dated no amount of cleaning will ever get it clean. The location is great though and is right in the middle of excellent bars and restaurants. That being said it is very loud at night so be prepared. Would not stay again for what they charge versus what you get.

I like this hotel because it is very centrally located, with some great music pubs opposite. Car park is very small (about 6 cars). Rooms fine but not luxury. Needs a revamp to bring it up to the price being charged, but cannot say anything bad about it. Super if you are on business visit to Cork. Staff on reception are lovely.

The staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant. The happily moved us to the first floor as we found the stairs to the second floor a problem and there is no lift. The rooms were adequate but the bathrooms were dated in decor and fitments. Elderly people prefer walk in showers. The central location was ideal and the use of a hotel carpark a major plus..
