Nice decorated boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean and all facilities are in its best state. It would be even better if there's water boiler and tea bags/coffee in the room.

Prime location and very nice stay! Will be happy to book again for my next visit...

The stay was really, really god, nice and helpfull staff. Super quiet and very beautiful room. The breakfast and coffee was very delisious. We can warmly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for one short night as we traveled through Cologne. Service was impeccable! The front desk was very helpful and held our luggage as we walked the town after checkout. The location is also good - while it was a bit of a walk, we easily got to old town and the gothic chapel (about 30 min walk - we enjoy walking :) We also arrived from the train station and walked to the hotel. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We even had a bottle of sparkling water for free in our room. Upon checkout we had a box of Milka chocolates hanging on our door! What a nice touch. We recommend this hotel for a short or long stay. (One thing to note - I don’t think they have self serve washer and dryers on the property however)

A wonderful hotel, great room, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast. Would have liked more english TV channels but will defineitly visit again.

Great location - perfect to reach all of the xmas markets and the hotel was wonderful. Clean, staff were pleasant and no issues at all.
