Everything was very nice. The staff was friendly and hotel was clean! I will be staying again!

The experience was truly awful. My room on 4th floor experienced continual vibrations, causing nausea, headache, and vertigo. Staff offered a switch to two other rooms but those rooms, on different floors, also telegraphed some sort of vibrations, though considerably less. Staff was unable to explain the phenomena. Possibly due to mechanical system? Or??? On top of that Staff refused to issue immediate refund of all room charges when I said that I would not be staying with them. Instead, I was informed that the Manager, not on site, would be contacting me. I have not heard from that Manager or anyone else.

An amazing spacious room. The suite was amazing with comfortable beds and plenty of room for a family of six to spread out in.

Hotel couches had stains on them. During our stay the room next door was having a party that lasted until 2am. The hotel staff said that they had asked the room several times to turn down the music but there was nothing else they could do. Falsa. A hotel can legally kick out guests who are breaking the noise volume after being warned several times. Had to drive 10 hours the next day with my 3 year old after getting little to no sleep.

Love this hotel and stay here when I travel to Texas. It is in an ideal location, staff is very professional, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Traveling during Covid has been a challenge but Fairfield had done everything possible to make me feel safe.

Clean rooms, but didn't get the free breakfast as promised. Had to wait for about 15 minutes to check in...The next morning, no breakfast and coffee in the lobby was cold. Poorly managed hotel!!

This was a great hotel to stay at. We had no issues and it was very clean. The take and eat breakfast was pretty good too.

Defective outlet by bed so phone did not charge. Defective coffee maker in room. Replaced by mgmt with another defective coffee maker. Tiny coffee cups so I made 4 trips to lobby for luke warm coffee from half empty container. Cup lids do not match coffee cups so spilled coffee going back to room 4 times. EMPTY breakfast buffet. Guy before me complained so they brought him a few things from the kitchen and nothing for anyone else. Complete apathy from staff. Nobody there cares, just going though the motions.

Due to pandemic I wanted to stay at a hotel with an excellent cleanliness review and I think this hotel did meet the rating. However, the grab and go breakfast was horrible. All we could find was some packs of oatmeal, one orange, and frozen sausage biscuits.

The bed was horrible like sleeping on a hammock. The phone at the desk rang all night and we were right beside the lobby
