Hotel was beautiful. It’s also in a great area. Everything you need is right there! I loved my stay except two incidents. 1. I went to go to sleep & kept smelling an odor. I thought it was the sheets and pillow so I went to the front desk to get a new set. I smelled the new set before I put it on & they were fresh. I made the bed w/ the new sheets & laid down again. I smelled it again. Turns out it was the mattress. It smelled wet/sour. I guess someone previously must’ve spilled something on it? Idk. Front desk staff handled it. 2. There were a LOT of young kids running through the halls to & from the pool, talking loudly, rapping song lyrics, running & etc. I assume no adults were present because of their behavior. This was around 6pm. When i returned at 10-11pm, the kids were in a room directly across from mine blasting music & singing/rapping (even with their door cracked). I had to complain 3 times to the front desk staff. The 3rd time I complained, the front desk staff said there was no adult in the room but there is now. At 12am they were finally within respectable levels of noise. The next morning I was woken up around 8-9am by music blasting from the same room. I didn’t bother complaining to the front desk again because obviously are too lenient or were scared to approach the situation. Other than the situations listed above, I enjoyed my stay! Beautiful room & friendly staff! Will stay there again if I go back to Houston!

Conveniently located near the freeway, several restaurants and Walmart.

Pros: The hotel was clean, had free parking, and also Netflix and solid Wi-Fi. Good location -close to the freeway and dining and entertainment options. Cons: Problems with my room key, and it was noisy. There was a herd of elephants in the room above mine, the A/C unit was loud and rumbled, and the hotel staff accidentally set off the smoke alarms at 1:30 AM.

We had my moms Chemo done for the weekend, The staff was so super helpful and sweet I give the front desk Clerk Karla R a five star she was amazing and super sweet and helpful the breakfast server Bob did a amazing job keeping breakfast stocked up we truly recommend this Hotel we sure will be giving it 5 stars

The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful, but the breakfast is awful. Need real bacon, sausage and eggs, not that processed stuff. My goodness your located across from Walmart. 🙂
