Loved it. The room, the food, the view, the staff, the hotel. It was all amazing! Would love to come back.

I’d stay again!

Pick the balcony with seaview. It’s well worth it as you can sit out and see the sunset of you don’t feel like being in town at the sunset bars. The trek to town tho might be a little hard on the knees for older folks so I’d not recommend this for seniors unless you have transport. Clean, comfortable and the breakfast if fabulous!

Nice hotel but careless staff after fall in lobby

Hotel is clean, nice, well located and nice view. Free shuttle to and from port/airport. What ruin our stay was that my husband fell on the lobby since there are some steps that you can't see well since it's all marble floor. Steps have no stripe on the edge so guests can distinguish. When he fell, nobody came to help. The hotel manager did nothing. Only the guy on the bar helped him to get him to the room when he saw him barely able to walk. We were told by one maid that he was not the first person that had fallen on these lobby steps. When we checked out we told them that its a safety hazard and that somebody can have a bad fall and break a bone. All she answered was "hope it won't happen". And not even an apology for his fall.. Not even empathy! Total carelesness! What a shame for a hotel like this. Just for their carelesness attitude will not recommend this hotel. They need to learn how to treat guests when things like this happen. Specially if guests had fallen before and they had done nothing to show these steps to be clearly marked on the floor. 😡

Breakfast was excellent! Reception was very helpful. Travel from-to airport was very convenient Shower gels were used. No hot water for somebtime due to technical problem

The staff was friendly, so attentive. The complimentary airport/port transfer is a nice touch, they made sure to reach out and knew how/when you were arriving. The location is perfect, easy walk into town.

-Clean, renovated and friendly/ helpful staff. -complimentary transportation from/to port. -good breakfast. -nice pool. -The sunlight is coming from the small window everyday early morning and wake us up. There should be some thick curtains to solve this issue.

4 stars hôtel with a 5 stars experience

We had an amazing time. So relax! The pool and the lobby are great, have a nice ambiance and nicely decorated. The service is the best we had in a long time. The room with a view are comfortable, chic, moderne and spacious. In our heart, Hermès is a 5 star hotel.

Excellent stay

Lovely hotel- clean and very friendly staff. Beautiful views from the hotel of old town. Convenient location. Lots of vegetarian options for breakfast. Complimentary airport transfer was a bonus. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning when next in Mykonos. Thank you to the whole team for a great stay :-)

This resort is beautiful and is relatively new. It's very well maintained and has a really hip modern vibe, and doesn't hold back on the sea views. The staff is nice, though there was one lady who was none too happy with the many complaints of the internet failing. In fact, for me, the only two downsides were the TERRIBLE internet (definitely important when you're a tourist and rely on internet to make phone calls back home), and the loudness of the doors banging. They could benefit from making sure their doors don't just open wide and bang on the walls or bang closed. Overall though, I had a great stay at this place and do recommend -- after they improve their internet!
