Nice hotel

Nice hotel but restaurant and bar are still closed. Breakfast was just ok.

Unless you Speak French - Don't Stay Here

We would not go back. Although the hotel is nice, unless you can speak French, it is almost next to impossible to get anyone to understand you. (Not so with check-in.) When we went down for our free continental breakfast, the woman who was supposed to tell us what to do (when we randomly just went to the food area we were motioned to come back around) could not tell us WHAT to do except for in French. We are a bi-lingual country, yes. However, English should be mandatory for anyone in the hospitality service. All signs - directions - etc, within the hotel were in French only. I had to call the front desk because my Message Light was flashing. While waiting for someone to pick up the phone, the directions on what numbers to push were - yup - French only. Not welcoming or friendly at all.

Comfortable stay. Gas station right by hotel and a restaurant nearby. Air condition is the old style not central air, a bit noisy and too close to the bed.

Don’t believe the good reviews of this hotel!

This hotel is old and tired. It advertised a bar and lounge but had neither. Check in was a disaster, they couldn’t find our reservation even though I had a paper copy of the confirmation. There was definitely a language problem as the receptionist didn’t speak English very well and even though she knew we spoke English, she continued to tell us everything in French. The rooms are dated and the beds and pillows need replacing. Our balcony facing the pool had a very wet carpet, due to the a/c unit leaking into a bucket that had obviously never been emptied by the housekeeping staff. We will never recommend this hotel nor will we be back.
