The hotel is extremely comfortable, is very well located and the staff were wonderful.

Hotel is placed just opposite historical part of Krakow - Kazimierz. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The only problem I had was breakfast. There were no vegan options available. Only raw salad and fruit.

Location is great :) town centre very close to Kazimierz (Old Jewish quarter). Reception staff over the top. They are attentive, helpful and good looking ;P on arrival we had 2 quilts- asked to have one big one - done without problems. Bed is massive. Finally no fight for save as my hubby is on a big side and I’m not small either. There is a kettle and basic coffee and tea. We needed ask for more coffee as I’m addicted - again no problem. Breakfast - and that’s the tricky one; as we traveled during zombie apocalypse. Staff will ask you what you want and plate it for you. Same with hot food - they will order from the kitchen. Only one issue we had on a second day waiter didn’t even offer hot food. Was looking that he wanted to have breakfast finished ASAP. Little let down. Cleaning- overall good standard of cleaning. Nothing visible on a first sight. When I accidentally moved toilet brush spotted old dirt just around it. Again nothing major. Overall good hotel. 24hrs reception is a bonus. Definitely will stay again when in Cracow.

The Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property was tastefully and attractively furnished, with a peaceful demeanour.

Professional but friendly staff nothing to much trouble for them. Beautiful rooms comfortable beds pillows and nice bathrooms all very clean. Excellent choices at the breakfast buffet including eggs/pancakes cooked to order at no extra cost. Can’t wait to return for 5th visit. Which I think says it all.

Great location and an easy walk from all the main attractions myself and my family wanted to see. Staff were extremely helpful both prior to and during our stay and nothing was too big or small for them to help with. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is amazing. The rooms are stunning; spacious, well stocked; the balcony is lovely; bathroom is good. The restaurant is fantastic. Such lovely staff there when we dined on Thursday evening. The food was scrumptious! The location is good. Around 20min walk to Old Town Square, some of which is through a park. We also had massages, which were good. The only thing I would have liked was a bath, to soak my weary legs after a long day walking around. But I knew it didn’t have one, so it’s not a bad comment for the hotel at all.
